Riverside Lodge

Riverside Lodge is situated beside the Owenmore River, at the foot of Brandon Mountain and within walking distance of Cloghane village.  A 20 minute drive over the Connor Pass brings you to

the beautiful town of Dingle.  The area is awash with walking and hiking trails for all levels.  There are many beautiful beaches to be enjoyed within a 5-10 minute drive in both directions from the

house, with boat trips and boat hire available from Brandon pier, 10 minutes drive away.  The village of Cloghane, with it’s shop selling freshly baked

bread and confectionary, pub serving lunch and evening meals, and church, is within 10 minutes walk.  Brandon village is a 10 minute drive away, it

has spectacular views over the Atlantic ocean with both Mullally’s and Murphy’s pubs serving food.

Our space :- 

Riverside lodge is situated on the main Tralee to Cloghane road and faces out towards the Atlantic ocean, the view of the Brandon Ridge is superb

and can be enjoyed while sitting out in the spacious back garden.  There is also a garden to the front of the house and space to park up to 3 cars.

The house is newly refurbished with a kitchen-cum-dining room, all new appliances including oven, induction hob, dish washer and fridge.

Heating is from a range in the kitchen which is oil run and adds to a lovely warm space. 

A sliding door leads from the dining area into the back-garden.  There are 2 double rooms, one

of which is en-suite with shower, and a 3^rd bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed.

The main bathroom has a shower and a bath.   There is a separate sitting room with smart tv, books and board games.  Additionally there is a

separate games room with a pool table and an air hockey table, providing an alternative  source of entertainment if the weather is not suitable for

the beach.  Excellent wi-fi is available throughout the house.  A large garage space is attached to the main house and provides for the washing

machine and space to hang clothes, wet suits and to store gear.  The house sleeps 7,  ideally 4 adults

and 3 children can be comfortably accommodated in Riverside Lodge.
