House Description
Atlantic Vie Farmhouse is a renovated and refurbished two story farmhouse. Originally built in 1916, it has been completely restored to a very high standard.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and 1 twin room and can sleep 6 guests. There are 2 bathrooms with electric shower downstairs and bath/shower upstairs. We provide all modern
conveniences with Sky TV and WIFI. Oil Heating. Situated on higher ground with outstanding views of Castlegregory, Maharees and Brandon Mountain. Spectacular sunsets are common and will take your breath away after a hectic day of activity or relaxation
The Area:-
Situated close to the seaside village of Camp you will be close to all amenities. Golden beaches, perfect for swimming and walking are all a few minutes away. Cycling, golf, water sports are also catered for locally. Ideal base for hill-walking with Caherconree only some kilometres away. Mt Brandon a very popular and challenging hike is always another option and very rewarding when you get to the top.
Glanteenassig park is very popular with hikers and families alike. Nearby is the Maharees, home to some of the best beaches Co Kerry has to offer. If water sports is your passion then you will be in paradise with some of the best surf in Ireland, a mere 10 minutes away.
Take a day trip to Dingle (40 minutes) via Annascaul or the Connor Pass which is the highest mountain pass in Ireland.
View from the parking lot at the top of the Connor Pass are world famous and worth stopping here for some time to appreciate. Exploring Dingle and beyond will be a highlight of your holiday. Best done on a leisurely scale to appreciate its beauty, culture and its people. Killarney is 30 miles away and worth a little planning to get the most from the town and surrounding countryside. Go home happy, fulfilled, and full of wonder, perhaps exhausted or relaxed, the choice is yours. You will want to return very soon.
