Castlegregory Summer Festival has been running annually since 1948 and is one of Ireland’s longest-running village festivals.
The festival runs over 4 days in the second week of July and was featured in the Irish Times “Best free things for families in Ireland”.
The full program of events includes our famous Colour Run, a Water Warriors competition, Nature walks, Heritage walks, Noel Cummins photo competition, Carnival Queen and Fancy Dress parade, Sandcastle competition, Go Kart competition, Cocktail Night, Family Fun day, live music, and much, much more.
